Engineering Failure In Korea

Fly over collapsed In Korea due to fault in design and material..

////UPDATE/////
Note:
Dear visitors!
we noticed that this incident was not in Korea. we had been informed by one of our visitor Haruchika Hatakeyama, from Japan.
he explained as
"This happened on 1995/Jan/17 in Kobe, near Osaka, western part in Japan.
If you search "hanshin earthquake kobe highway" in google images, you
will find quite similar photos as shown in your blog. It was Magnitude 7.3, and such huge shaking was not expected in this region, which lead to this disaster.
Government made the rules for building tightened, especially for Schools, Hospitals, and Transportation.
All the important buildings were checked taking more than 5 years, and some were ordered to make it anti-earthquake, not to make this happened again."
Thanks Haruchika for your information.
